RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MIDDLE EAST REGION

Our client is a well established Top Ten international Design Engineering Consultancy which provides planning, design and management services for highways, transportation and infrastructure projects around the world. They employ over 6,000 people across a network of over sixty offices and generate annual fees in excess of £350 million.

Due to continued expansion they now require the skills of a professional Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy for the Middle East region thus growth of the Business in an ever expanding marketplace.

Preferably degree qualified and/or Chartered, you will be a solutions based Sales and Marketing professional with a proven and successful track record gained in the Middle East. Your past experience will have given you an appreciation for promoting a premium brand as well as the ability to adapt Sales & Marketing processes and systems, to local and regional conditions.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives on working in an international team environment. Commercially astute, analytical, highly numerate and bottom line orientated, you will be a lateral thinker who effectively brings new ideas to the party which “add value”. Your past experience will include developing new market sectors whilst further developing and maximising existing client relationships either individually or through your team. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Sales and Marketing Director will be a major influence in the Regional Management Team.
