Job description / Role
Objectives:
Our Client and leading FMCG group based in Bahrain is currently seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for 11 outlets owed by the group.
Reporting to: Top Management
Subordinates: 80 to 100 staff, which includes sales team, brand managers and merchandisers
Duration: 2 years contract which is renewal
Probation: 3 months
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- MBA will be an Advantage
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales and marketing role in FMCG business
- Currently in a Mid Managerial role.
