The RoleThe RoleJob Description: - Plan, oversee, manage and control the marketing activities in all Company’s business lines including sales and distribution operations - Oversee customer relations activities, understand customer’s requirements and provide them with services that exceed their expectations. - Regular market evaluation, add new markets and increase Company’s share in the existing and new markets. - ensure that staff are focused on profitability, growth targets and building the brand equity and in support of the strategic direction. - Develop and implement the sales and marketing policies and procedures |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills: - At least 10 years of experience in retail business with a minimum of 2 years as sales and marketing manager Financial Management Skills: - Effective oral and written communication skills and fluency in both Arabic and English - Influencing and negotiation skills - Marketing and public relation skills - Ability to develop and apply strategic planning processes and develop customer-focused action plans Education: University degree in marketing, business studies or a relevant discipline from a recognized institute |
