Job description / Role
1. Promotes the sales of IH Dohas products and services that will most benefit the customers, help achieve the company's mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
2. Maintains good customer relationships by providing clients with support, information, guidance, following-up and responding quickly and seeking feedbacks for future improvements.
3. To accomplish business development activities by researching, developing and implementing long- and short-term marketing strategic plans.
4. Responsible for following up with customers and achieving target monthly sales plan.
5. Conducts and manages market research and competitor analyses, and prepares reports as needed.
6. Participates in the production of marketing and promotional materials and programs but not limited to print, electronic media, direct, email and signage.
7. Updates the company website for new promotional adverts, activities and news in co-ordination with IT Manager.
8. Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic at advanced level)
3. Pleasant personality, positive attitude and demonstrates enthusiasm
4. Flexible, creative and innovative team player
