The RoleThe RoleEstablished in 2003, my client is a rapidly growing Real Estate powerhouse that is becoming a respected and comprehensive company both in the Middle East and overseas. With a dedicated multi-lingual and rapidly growing team they assist with buying, selling, leasing or investing in any area for any property. They have over 3 years of experience in marketing/selling properties in Dubai, with offices located in Dubai, Russia and the UK. There are plans for partnerships in Singapore, Monaco, Australia, Iran and the USA in a near future. They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CEO you will initially have 3 direct reports (which you will also be asked to grow). Responsibilities: - establishing internal and external communication - coordinate work in between departments - creating and implementing media and advertising strategies - proactively coordinating work with third party media agencies - working closely with a business development manager to facilitate growth and contribute to increase in revenue - organise promotional campaign, events and exhibitions - set up new sales strategies and work on different real estate projects - recruit, train and evaluate staff - set up sales targets and exceed them - prepare market and competitor analysis to be able to determine future trends and company's long term objectives |
