Job description / Role
Managing all administrative activities related to sales and marketing in order to utilize the organization capabilities by applying the policies and procedures within its field in the leasing and transportation.
Roles & Requirements
1. Preparing the yearly marketing strategy for the emirates transport (government transport) branch.
2. Studying the current and targeted customer needs in order to enhance and develop our market share and increase the sales revenue
3. Supervising the process of the new client registration for the organizations
4. Enhancing the utilization level within the organization by increasing its revenues and market share .
5. Creating and managing the contracts with the new clients as well the fellow up with our existing clients with the contracts renewal.
6. Creating & developing an automated database system for our existing and new clients and updating it regularly.
7. Managing and preparing the periodically marketing and sales activities reports for the management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors in business administration & marketing.
Minimum experience of 6 years and 2 years to be in the same field.
Experience in dealing with transport and rents and car essentials
Knowledge in administrative work is required ( planning, supervision, decision making and problem solving).
