Develop plans and policies sales and marketing collaboration with senior management.
Identify research and marketing studies required to raise the market share of the company and follow the conditions competitors.

Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for the marketing, sales and follow-up applied in order to achieve the main objectives of the company.
Constant search for markets and new outlets . As well as propose and develop programs to maintain existing customers and maintain strong relationships with them.
Preparation and review and amend policies and procedures in order to achieve the sales of the main objectives of the company and fill the gaps that may exist during the marketing and sales operations .
Training of personnel management sales and marketing on their business and monitor and evaluate the performance of salesmen and improve their skills.
Review monthly reports and semi-annual and annual reports and discussing these in senior management meetings league
Participate in the market, and identify new areas of sales and the preparation of a feasibility study for those areas.
