The Role


* Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.
* Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team (Distributor Employees)
* Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
* Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans

* Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent with profound knowledge in physics. 2-3 years experience in sales management.
* Experience in the gulf market is a plus
* Selling & Negotiating skills, problems solving and conflict management skills, fluent in English and French is a plus, Must have strong leadership skills
