Employment: Full Time

Role:

Sales focus to generate additional revenue from prospects, existing and new, through the qualification, analysis and presentation of products and services. Relationship management of existing accounts to increase wallet share and drive loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting of opportunities and follow up on assigned leads to eventually qualify them against solutions value proposition.
2. Illustrate the value of the solution to prospects in a compelling manner.
3. Responsible for aligning products and services with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach which endorses organisation's values.
4. Management of opportunities, coordination of resources to complete proposals, bids, RFI/RFP through working with internal resources within the Business Unit and globally.
5. Professionally promote, articulate and present organization’s solution to business stakeholders within client organizations.
6. Relationship management of named accounts and opportunities within those accounts.
7. Management and update of pipeline and meeting assigned revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements

Qualifications
1. Degree level education
2. Possesses at least 5 years’ experience in technology account management/Sales/Business Development.
3. Financial Services industry knowledge/background/awareness particularly payments, self-service, cards and EFT.
4. Experience with a multinational organization.
5. Preferably have experience in MEA.

1. Broad business acumen and understanding of financial services processes particularly in the payment, cards, self-service and EFT arena.
2. Robust, compelling communication skills and ability to clearly articulate benefits to various stakeholders within accounts
3. Ability to confirm solution-fit and identify customer specific benefits that will help contribute to a unique business value offering. Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop the corresponding proposal design.
4. Configure applications for demonstrations, prototyping, benchmarking and proof of concept presentations.
5. Assist customers in building a compelling business case with demonstrable ROI indicators.
6. Strong account management & relationship follow up skills with large accounts within and outside the geography.
7. Perform periodic reviews of customer needs, identifying potential issues and new sales opportunities.
8. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
9. Strong presentation skills.
10. Proven use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
12. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
13. Ability to work across geographies.
14. Responsive, reliable and results oriented.
15. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including nights or weekends as required.
16. Ability to take initiative to drive activities.
