Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Coordinate marketing strategy
2. Work with the Marketing Agents to locate buyers
3. Meet with potential buyers buyers to secure sales
4. Complete sales agreements (SPA) with purchasers
5. Register and receive deposits from purchasers
6. Manage, present invoices and secure stage payments from purchasers in accordance with terms in the SPA
7. Liaise with mortgage providers (banks) to coordinate with purchasers when completing SPA
8. Make mortgage payment applications to the banks and ensure stage mortgage payments are received in accordance with SPA
9. Liaise with Ministry of Housing (MOH) to secure customers purchasing houses through this route
10. Complete SPA with MOH customers
11. Register and receive deposits from MOH purchasers
12. Manage final inspection and hand over of properties to purchasers
13. Issue keys to purchasers on completion
14. Manage legal process of obtaining title deeds and issue to purchasers on completion
15. Provide point of contact for any defects notices issued by purchasers after completion and arrange with contractor for the defects to be attended to.
16. Generally act as point of contact between bank and purchasers

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in the house sale process having worked for a developer in this role. Needs to be very efficient and accurate in completing the SPA and ensuring all stage payments, deposits etc. are received and deposited correctly.

Min of 5 - 7 years of experience

Possess a Bachelor's Degree

Fluent in Arabic and English

Interface with MoH, Land registry and Bank
