Job description / Role
Utilize, run and administrate the new system is considered one of the core stones for the success of this project.
Proposing comprehensive training for users concerned employees is essential in order to efficiently use, run and administrate the new solution. The offered training programs and schedules must cover and start from introducing the concepts of Web development down to the proper use, administration and future development of all functional areas of the proposed solution.
Providing detailed training programs including course contents, objectives, outlines, duration, etc. should be done by the successful bidder.
Conducting training programs during the development period to prepare concerned employees to efficiently utilize run and administrate the proposed solution.
Providing all necessary documentation required for training should be done by the successful bidder and all materials used should be handed over..
Providing three copies of all users' manuals and systems documentation.
Detailed implementation plans covering: tasks, duration, allocated personnel and resources etc...
Stating the methodology and approach that will be adopted for developing and implementing the solution and all project requirements mentioned in the tender.
Stating the resources and skills needed and their roles in the implementation of the project.
Stating the training required for the project teams involved in the implementation.
Stating any pre-requisites required for developing and implementing the solution and/or specifying the priorities in implementing and executing the solution.
Providing the implementation outline taking into consideration all the previously mentioned details.
Providing a list of documentations supplied during project phases.
Project for one year in our Office in JLT.
Requirements
Saperion Expert, minimum of 5 years' experience.
Trainer skills.
Master's degree in Computer Science.
Languages :
- English (fluent)
- French or Arabic (assets)
Available for the 2nd of January 2014.
Experience for industrial clients or governments.
