Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Program Manager (Saudi National) - Jeddah, KSA
General Summary
The Saudization Program Manager shall coordinate with the contractor for the complete execution and compliance of the contractor's Saudization Program, where duties shall include but are not limted to:
Identifying project roles, sourcing professional candidates for recruitment and provising opportunities for development to maximiza their potential.
Establishing training and professional development programs, including behavioral and professional competencies.
Reviewing performance and development and embessing career progression paths to help sustain professional Saudi Arab Nationals for the term of this contract.
Reviewing the performance of the contractors Saudization program by providing status updates,identifying, developing and implementing performance and formally submitting written reports to Saudi Aramco on a monthly basis.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources
5 years shall have been spent working on executing training and perfomance development programs
Fluent in English (Reading and Writing)
