Saudization and Training Officer

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist with the development and implementation of the organisations Saudization strategy
- Ensure the Saudization percentage set by the Saudi government is met.
- Manage the recruitment and induction of Saudi employees via various channels -career fairs at universities, direct recruitment and social networking
- Act as the main point of contact between the organization and relevant colleges and universities
- Liaise with HRDF and other local authorities as needed for all graduate recruitment related activities
- Assist management with the development of training programmes to improve Saudi employees' skills
- Act as a focal point of contact for Saudi Trainees
- Explain organization policies, training programme guidelines, rules and regulations to the Saudi Trainees
- Visit Saudi trainees onboard, manage records of those under the training program and monitor their progress
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Country Manager
- Advise Country and Regional HR Manager on Saudi labor law content when required.

Requirements

We are looking for an excellent communicator who has a passion for both Saudization and training.

This role requires someone who has the drive to take full accountability for the Saudization programme and who can manage all of the trainees we have onboard.

Good networking skills and negotiation skills will be advantageous.
