Savings & Pensions Executive

Job description / Role

Our client is an investment business firm which forms part of one of the largest diversified holding company in the MENA region. Our client is currently hiring a Savings & Pensions Executive in Bahrain.

Role Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and complete the sales process
- Identify Marketing opportunities for the organization and give periodical updates on the activities to the Sales Manager
- Extensively capitalize on networking activities to promote the Brand
- Actively involved in the entire sales process from lead generation, customer meetings, need analysis, and business closings.
- Finalise sales from leads generated by Relationship Officers
- Responsible for advising the customer on Investment Options.
- Actively Involved in completing all internal related customer administrative work and documentation within time frame
- Submit daily activity report
- Be the outward face of the Company, acting at all times with due care, diligence, integrity and ethics.
- Responsible for complying with CBB rules and regulations
- Effectively manage resources to maximise business results.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in a Finance related subject (1yr experience required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Accounting with 3 years experience
- Language: English - Well Spoken / Arabic spoken an advantage
- Sales Experience - Preferably Financial Products
- Professional Certificate e.g. CII, CFA
- Selling Skills
- Team Player
- Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products
