Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Operational Management - Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Project are effectively and efficiently co-ordinated and are implemented and conducted within the Budget and framework laid down by the Contract / Management. Evaluate, Re-engineer / refine systems & processes to ensure high quality productivity of Manpower, Equipment, Tools and Tackles at minimum cost. Establish methods, rules and procedures for control, problem identification, investigation and correction, determine best approach to resolving problems and develop criteria to measure its success. Keep in touch with technology trends & employ innovation to overcome impediments. Establish and implement stringent quality and safety standards and control systems.
Develop and Execute Project Plans based on site Intelligence, scope of works and schedules.

Resource Management - Propose and manage on site resources to accommodate on site conditions, including mobilization and demobilization costs.

Staff Supervision - Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff. Set Performance standards, carry out appraisals & motivational counselling. Ensure an effective and consistent Administrative framework within the Department to ensure cost effectively that all facilities and resources are provided in anticipation of their requirement. Assist HR in Role mapping, recruitment and retention of project personnel. Evaluate competence of existing manpower to arrive at training needs. Assist the Training Function in the design & development of a specialized training as per training needs. Evaluate training effectiveness on the job.

Customer Satisfaction - Enhance Customers' experience through effective coordination between Operations and the Customer in relation to Quality and Timely Delivery of contracted Services. Analyze reports to identify and determine causes of problems, develop & recommend solutions for improvement. Provide effective Grievance Management for Customers.

Project based Business Development and Promotion - Promote Business to achieve targeted Topline Revenue.

Network & Liaison - Network & liaison with internal external stakeholders / agencies including Govt. authorities & local communities for effective protection and promotion of the Plant / Company's Image, Interests and Business.

Techno Commercial Feasibility - Examine Techno Commercial Feasibility based on available / expected Resources in respect of project requirements. Carry out variance analysis of projected outputs on Monthly basis. Develop and execute remedial strategies.

Credit Management - Coordinate and ensure Prompt Invoicing and collection of Dues from Customers.

Documentation - Generate and maintain a documentary frame work that is in conformity with the law of the land and ISO requirements and prevents unnecessary litigation and statutory /monetary penalties.

Requirements

Accredited Qualification in Scaffolding Management.
10 + years of Construction Industry experience, 5 in Scaffolding Management.
