Job description / Role
-Provides input into project planning including activity development (architecture, engineering, construction, procurement, operation and maintenance)
-Develops resource loaded schedules
-Develops baseline schedule
-Monitors, tracks, and reports progress performance against baseline schedule
-Forecasts completion dates and final performance
-Identifies schedule variances and trends and make recommendations for corrective action
-Assists in the implementation of corrective action
-Day-to-day planning of construction
-Performs additional duties as required
Requirements
-Relevant Degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics, or extensive demonstrable experience
-At least 5 years of experience as a scheduler, preferably in large complex commercial, Aviation and industrial, or environmental projects
-Knowledge of scheduling principles and concepts
-Thorough mastery of scheduling software
