The Role


The Role

Our Client, A govt. company requires a Scholarship coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi.

The job responsibilities will be:

1.Coordinate development and implementation of procedures to enroll new students into the scholarship program.

2. Coordinate and participate in the interview and selection process for prospective scholars including preliminary screening and testing of applicants.

3. Review and evaluates study leave proposal for UAE nationals and recommends appropriate actions.

4. Evaluate potential predicament area and advocate appropriate remedial action to ensure that program objectives are properly met.

5. Participate in the section budget planning and assist in the annual scholarship budget for DoT.

6. Coordinate and supervise the formulation of on the job training program for universities and colleges for UAE nationals.

7. Coordinate with universities and colleges for the on the job training programs for students, including the duration and programs students undertake during the period.

Requirements


Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

1.Knowledge of scholarship programs

2.Knowledge of academic curriculum and educational institution policies.

3.Knowledge of Administrative Human Resource Management

4. Knowledge of Behavioral Human Resource Management

5. Knowledge of career development tools, techniques, frameworks and methodologies

6. Minimum of a 3 year Diploma, preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

7. A minimum of 2 – 7 years of relevant experience

Important- UAE Nationals. Preferred.
