Employment: Full Time

Scrum Master with 5+ years of professional experience. The Scrum Master will champion Scrum/Agile best practice and lead all Scrum processes, tasks and activities for a dynamic and innovative development team. You will be working with an amazing group of developers from Australia, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:
- As a Scrum Master you will facilitate as a subject matter expert and will take ownership of all Scrum processes, tasks and activities
- Taking a lead role in ensuring an agile environment and ensure the success of the scrum process; being accountable for the ultimate delivery of products
- Enforce Agile/Scrum principles in accordance with best practice
- Project delivery and team management are vital aspects of this position in assisting development solutions, enhancements and sprint cycle software releases
- Arranging and facilitating Scrum project meetings (daily Scrum, planning, review, backlog refinement, retrospective)
- Providing critical updates and project delivery dates to the Head of Development on product development or team issues and plans

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- Successfully applied Agile/Scrum practices and introduced Agile techniques.
- Extensive demonstrable experience of operating as a Scrum Master for a large software/product development team.
- Excellent communication skills with exposure dealing with senior stakeholders.
- You must be able to speak and write perfect English.
