Job description / Role
The purpose of the role is to develop KN Abu Dhabi Sea Freight business from existing and new customer base in order to reach and exceed predefined targets set by Management.
- Development of Sea Freight Import and Export business in line with the Tons and GP targets set.
- Further development and retention of existing customer base with major focus on new customer development.
- Conduct Sales and Business Development projects as required.
- Contribute to annual budget achievement.
- Provide continuous feedback on market rates, conditions to Product.
- Maintain VLog inputs for all client activities and opportunities.
- 100% adherence to company compliance, legal, human resources, environmental, ISO, Security and health and safety procedures and standards.
Main KPIs include but are not limited to:
- 25 Sales Calls per month
- 10 Sales Leads per month
- 24 New Customer Profiles in KN LOGIN
- 5 KN Insurance Sales Leads under Product (Fix & Flex)
- Timely resolution of customer queries/complaints.
Requirements
- Abu Dhabi Sea Freight market
- Sea Operational Experience FCL / LCL
- Proven Sales record in the UAE
- General Knowledge of all KN Products
- Sales Automation Skills
- Able to Work in Team Environment
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Focus
- Excellent Presentation Skills
