Premium customer services office of a leading investment holding company is looking for female European national Administrative Assistant/ Secretary for Reception who will be responsible for daily support of office activities while performing high standards of corporate values
Main duties will include:
- Running of reception area and maintaining meeting rooms
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering telephone calls and e-mail enquiries
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Provide general clerical and administrative support

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of other European languages is privileged
- Advanced user of MS Office applications.
- Good organizational skills
- Customer-service orientation
- Time management
- High professional personal presentation
- Self motivation, initiative and reliability
