Manufacturer of metal containers and closures
Monthly salary package up to AED 10k + ticket + medical
Based in Dubai, UAE
Our client is a leading manufacturer of cans/ metal containers and closures for household products. They are currently seeking to hire an Arabic-speaking Secretary. The role is based in their Jebel Ali office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide an impeccable secretarial support to the General Manager and facilitate the smooth running of his department.
• Act as a key point of contact between the GM’s office and internal & external partners.
• Attend all business meetings, prepare agendas, circulate minutes of the meetings, follow up on action points and prepare status summary report for the GM
• Organize travel programs, manages their overseas travel itinerary, books tickets, confirms business agendas, and arranges hotel stay, vehicles and special events as required.
• Organizes Company social events like staff party, and Conferences.
• Prepares a range of management analysis reports, budgets, contracts, reimbursement claims and ensures that all these documents are vetted prior to obtaining approval of the GM.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Secretary / Admin. Assistant
• Intermediate to advanced level on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must be able to communicate in English AND Arabic
• Previous experience in translating documents – Arabic/ English/ Arabic
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent organisational skills
• Must possess a professional telephone manner
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated team player and dedication to provide high level of service
• Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanor
