Job description / Role

Floorworld LLC are a Scottish owned and operated flooring company specialising in both the supply and installation of all types of floor coverings. Established in 2009 with a goal to provide flooring from some of the most reputable European flooring brands in the market for residential, wholesale and project requirements.

With 4 very well located showrooms in Dubai as well as wholesalers within the UAE,, KSA, Oman and surrounding GCC countries, this has allowed Floorworld to increase its exposure and clientele and expand the business year on year.

Requirements

In order to take our business to the next level and to coordinate our increasing orders we require a European secretary who will be reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO. The job requires a self starter, motivated person with good initiative and able to think on there feet.

Duties including purchasing to both international and local suppliers, coordinating shipment and logistics as well as inventory reconciliation and control for goods in and out with assistance of the warehouse Manager. A minimum of 2 years experience in the above field is required.

For full time employment with residence visa including 30 days annual leave and 1 annual return flight to home country after 1 year of completion, all other holidays as per the UAE laws.
