Employment: Full Time

Our internationally renowned client is in need of a secretary at a junior / intermediate level to help support senior management and be the first person to professionally great customers and important guests.

Requirements

- You must be very switched on and presentable.
- Experience in management of switchboard
- Greeting of visitors
- Diary management
- Travel management
- Coordination of meetings
- Minutes
- Correspondence, where and when required (basic letters)
- Administration support to Managing Partner
- Must be fluent in English.
- Dealing with VIPs
