Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Maintains confidentiality of documents and information received
- Coordinate with various departments and its managers concerned.
- Self correspondence with suppliers and customers, checking and sending emails
- Assist General Manager in day today issues
- Attending telephones and answering calls and communicate to the manager concerned

Requirements

- 3-4 years of similar experience required.
- Excellent Computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to changing work environment
- Team player with a can do attitude
- Ability to work independently, organized, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Energetic & Enthusiastic
- Time Management skills
