Job description / Role

- Must attend all design manager / senior architect meetings.
- Must all record all MOM during the meeting.
- Report all MOM back to the design manager and all attendees immediately after each meeting in the approval format.
- Monitor and control all design meetings on his / her calendar.
- No need to attend meeting of employees other than design manager / senior architects meetings but must record all MOM reported back from the employees.
- Follow up with the design manager / senior architect, employees and everyone who attended the meetings.
- Control all emails in our department regarding any project by filling, replying, forwarding or following up, as needed for each email.

Requirements

- At least 2-7 years related experience in Architectural/Consultancy
- Can fluently speak both Arabic and English
- Salary range: 5,000 -7,000 AED
- Age range - 25 years to 35 years old
- Arab Nationality only
