Answer telephone and give information to caller, take message or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Distribute incoming mails and other materials, and prepare answers to routine letters
Arrange conference, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
Mail newsletter, promotional material and other information
Maintain scheduling and event calendars
Make copies of correspondence and other printed materials
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisions
Set and maintain paper and electronic filing system for records, correspondence and other material.
Conduct searches to find needed information using such sources as the internet
Coordinate conference and meeting
Order and dispense suppliers
Adheres to contents of the Companys overall internal procedures and policies
Perform such other duties that may be required from time to time
Graduate with 3+ years of experience
Good command in English
Holder of relevant professional qualifications is desirable
Ability to type with high accuracy in English
Ability to develop, manage and maintain filing system
Ability to draft correspondence
Ability to maintain appointment schedule and calendar
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
