Employment: Full Time

The Role: Secretary to the GM

Salary: 4000 - 6000 AED

Our client is one of the most respected lighting companies in the Gulf region based in Dubai. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the well known Group of companies that has been established for over 50 years.
Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily transaction of the office of General Manager.

They are looking to hire a well organised secretary to the general manager who will be responsible for organisation and managing the day to day activities of the General manager.

Responsibilities:

- Planned and organized smooth flow of office information.
- Receive and verify incoming documents, check the accuracy of the transmittal notice.
- Deals with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the General Manager.
- Notify Superiors for the proper identification of the respective internal and external documents.
- Compile and prepare various reports for Managers use and assist day to day issues.
- Update, organize and maintain diaries and making appointments.
- Assist in conducting meetings like record or type minutes if necessary, ensure all attendees for the meeting is informed and maintain updated schedule of meetings.
- Arrange Hotel bookings and Travel arrangements
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Provide support in the preparation of letters to client, consultant, subcontractors and internal office memorandums.

Requirements

Requirements:

Should have minimum 2 years of experience.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills is required.
Female are preferred.
Should be well organised and has attention to details.
Diploma/Degree certificate is preferred
