Employment: Full Time

As the Section Head- B2B Planning you will be preparing B2B business planning for the marketing plans and annual operational plan inputs and models, with focus on revenue planning for core Nawras offerings in the fixed and mobile communications markets as well as focus on segment planning. Also managing the cross-departmental B2B marketing planning on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will be producing strategic input to the annual plans and operations, with analysis and reporting (Churn forecasts, Inactivity forecasts etc). You will be also monitoring commercial & B2B marketing performance through commercial KPI reporting and product performance follow-up including the budgets follow-up.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be developing and managing B2B segment based annual operating plan model and forecasts of B2B marketing & commercial in coherence with B2B Marketing & commercial teams (Mobile & Fixed). You will be developing and managing wholesale AOP in liaison with wholesale team, coordinating and managing the inputs to the marketing strategy document/ commercial planning for OG and internal customers. Providing finance and higher/external audience with all inputs required for the AOP, forecasts from commercial & B2B marketing KPIs. You will be liaising with B2B performance management, gathering reports, identify trends and forecasting future development, supporting senior leadership team getting Nawras products and services defined, prioritised and delivered.

Responsibilities will also include:

Challenging Strategy/ other Commercial BUs on market/ customer/ channel assumptions and defend B2B plans and assumptions
Developing and owning B2B long term strategic plan
Developing and owning B2B annual marketing plan
Developing and owning B2B annual sales plan
Developing and owning B2B sales targets per channel
Identifying and managing the core KPIs for marketing, commercial and finance reporting
Owning and developing B2B consolidated OpEx plan and manage variance
Developing and reviewing Omani Business Market forecasts for market size and revenues
Developing and owning B2B market sizing exercise
Managing annual updates to the market sizing document
Developing and managing B2B Market Research roadmap
Owning and managing B2B market research requirements, agency briefs, relationship and output
Supporting Segment team in providing relevant information, intelligence, product focus groups and market research relevant for new launches and enhancements
Developing talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support
Managing the team on a daily basis including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team
Completing accurate, objective and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reportees on time

Requirements

To apply to this position you should have the following:

* Master's degree or equivalent in business or similar field
* 8 years of working experience
* 5-6 years of experience in planning preferably in telecom

Preferred: Advanced degree or certification
* Strong business and analytical skills
* Business Planning & Monitoring
* Advanced knowledge in Excel and Access
* General understanding of financial and cost accounting practices
* Strong management skills
* Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
