Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Profile Summary:
• Reports to Manager Maintenance and Reliability
• Works as Maintenance Planning section head with the assistance of discipline planners such as electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, turnaround etc.
• Coordinates and liaise with Operation, Maintenance and Reliability to identify areas of opportunity

Responsibilities:
• Technical expertise with knowledge of maintenance services.
• Practical knowledge and application of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques, including performance based maintenance.
• Proper utilization and optimization of equipment & resources to support the overall benefit
• Follows up outsourced maintenance activities.
• Ensures the adequate spares availability.
• Estimate, Budget & Monitors maintenance costs.
• Establishes performance indicators and measurement method to ensure that all performances are achieved and /or continuous improvement as safety, quality and cost effectiveness manner
• Ensures the provision of the work packages for technicians and execution team.
• Develops the routine maintenance work schedule from the backlog files, ensure planned work orders have correct manpower allocation
• Ensures monitoring of progress of maintenance against plan and provides feedback to the execution team
• Measures and control of assigned maintenance KPI’s in order to improve the overall maintenance performance

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:
• Candidate must have as minimum a Bachelors degree either in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument Engineering. Mechanical degree is preferable.
• 8-12 years of experience in maintenance work, in a Petrochemical, Fertilizer or similar process plant including 4 years at Supervisory level of Maintenance planning.
• Must have administrative experience of planning, organizing, executing and controlling of routine overhauls, planned shutdown, emergency shut downs turnaround planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of planning software like SAP, Primavera & MS Project is added benefit

• Proficient supervision and communication.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Analytical skills and effective work planning abilities.
