Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assets:
Ensure the proper conservation, utilisation and profitability of the sections assets.
Follow the hygiene and safety rules of the store and local authorities.
Ensure the respective warehouses and sections are well kept and clean.
Ensure sufficient supply of goods, accurate labelling of items and correct pricing.
Guarantee a clear image of assortment, quality and discount in the section.
Respect and implement company approved planogram.
Human Resources:
Motivate his team, treat them fairly and re-address their requirements.
Schedule team working hours & shifts, delegate appropriate responsibilities & monitor their appearance (uniforms, badges, cleanliness & absenteeism).
Report immediately to the superior or concerned reporting Manager of any incidents/irregularities that could affect the operation of the section.
Ensure the clarity and circulation of information within the team.
Identify employees with high potential and growth in the section, and propose their evolution.
Plan and ensure the proper training to his team.
Perform and review performance appraisal twice a year.
Listen to customer needs and react rapidly to the requirements.
Merchandize:
Ensure to have an appropriate and adequate assortment of items in terms of quantity, quality and price range.
Make sure that display reflects the sales figures.
Follow and report to the management of any discrepancy for correction and decision.
Control stock carefully by monitoring purchase order and sales and re-stock according to customer's demand
Control the suppliers manpower that performs the role of merchandises/promoters.
Finance:
Ensure the respect of budget/forecast and take corrective measures when necessary.
Ensure the stock level is according to the budget.
Ensure the proper application of Business Cycle/ standard Management in the section.
Control and optimize the section margin level, shrinkage and waste.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Business
Nature and length of previous experience: Fresh graduate
Specialist knowledge: Microsoft word
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Willing to learn, Leadership ability, flexible, adaptable
Age Range: 20-35
Gender Preference: Male and Female
Nationality Preference: UAE
Language Fluency: Arabic, English
Current Location: UAE
