Section Sales Manager

Job description / Role

A large and well-known luxury retailer in Dubai is keen to appoint a Section Sales Manager to oversee the Mens Shoe division of their business. The role requires someone with passion for service, excellent management skills and good commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will:
- Review sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure that the store targets are met.
- Perform sales analysis and carry out sales reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle all complaints.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff continuously to bring out their potential and enable them to improve their performance. Develop and mentor employees, identify specific training needs. Monitor effectiveness of individuals progress within the team.
- Handle the inventory process and result.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing team.
- Guarantee implementation of the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience within the luxury retail market.
- Managed a team of at least 5 staff.
- Must have a sound knowledge of shoes preferably in the Men's category.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good command of spoken and written English is essential.
- Must be a natural leader.
