Security Architect

Job description / Role

A leading authority in Cyber Security in the Middle East is seeking an experience Security Architect to join their team in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Designing and applying advanced security techniques.
- Developing advanced security and cryptographic systems.
- Building large-scale automation systems.

Requirements

You are trained as a software engineer who enjoys security work and is an expert in system, application, and network security. Cryptography and automated malware analysis are not topics to be scared of they are areas of excitement. You are both a security researcher and someone who likes to code. In this role, you will focus on the security of components in our products, with an understanding of threats and attackers. You will work across teams and user bases, ensuring that all the company's products are built with a secure architecture and a strong design process.

- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience designing and delivering software systems.

Preferred
- MS or PhD in Computer Science.
- 6 years of experience with software systems in Java, C, C++ and/or Python
- Experience designing security solutions for operating systems and server/cloud based systems.
- Significant experience in any or all of: app security, cryptography, network security, systems security, malware analysis, reverse engineering.
- Experience in coordinating a security response plan and community involvement.
- Understanding of security best practices.
