The RoleThe RoleAn international Facilities Management and Accommodation provider based in UAE has an urgent need for a Security Manager reporting to the HR Director with dotted line responsibility to the local General Manager, as a result of entering into a long term contract to manage a major accommodation centre for immigrant workers with an initial population of 11,000 growing to 33,000 in 6 months. The position will be based in Abu Dhabi and is an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition to join what is expected to be a rapidly expanding organisation in its initial phase. Our client will therefore being seek personnel with formal qualifications and training in providing Security Services with a track record in recruiting and training a large number of security personnel. They must display inter-personal skills and who able to be sufficiently flexible to meet the demands of a growing organisation. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must have a qualification from a professional body representing the security industry and also have a sound knowledge of local HR legislation, combined with a track record in establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring their monitoring, compliance and reporting. Experience on a large site with a multi-ethnic population would be an advantage. The salary is AED15k pm +accommodation + annual bonus. |
