Job description / Role
Large family owned Company with a focus on the retail and distribution of renowned brands within the sectors of Beauty, Fashion and Gifts, require a security manager. With a presence in 14 countries and the management of over 400 retail outlets this Group partners with prestigious international houses. This role would cover both Group and Regional Level covering the security of its people, Assets& Data, property and goods.
Requirements
The successful respondent will have the following:
Experience in the UAE and MENA region.
Experience in developing security procedures and processes.
Must come from a Retail or Distribution background
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar size company
Solid understanding of security - people, Assets& Data, property and goods.
Arabic speaker would be beneficial.
Ability to travel across the region.
In time this position will grow to manage a team of direct reports who will be executing the procedures and processes. This is a great opportunity to join a solid family business with 55 years experience in the luxury business in the Middle East.
Package 28 K to 35 k depending on experience.
