Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assets
Identify potential risks and propose action plans to ensure safe conditions for people, assets, merchandise and the environment in the store.
Ensure that all the staff respect security procedures.
Ensure the smooth traffic in the parking lot and store surrounding area.
Ensure that the trolleys are clean and well maintained for the customers convenience.
Keep all fire-fighting equipment in good operating conditions to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
Maintain all security equipment in good operating conditions and make regular checks according to the national security procedure.
Ensure you and your employees are able to reflect the security image of the Company through professional security management.
Manage and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers.
Listen to the customer; follow up customers suggestions and requests immediately.
Repeat any normal situation to the Management immediately.

Provide clear, correct, and concise information.

Human Resources
Be a model of application of the MAF-Carrefour management system and the Companys corporate policies.
Promote and practice communication and participatory management within the teams.
Practice & guarantee the respect of MAF-Carrefours Values: Freedom, Responsibility, Sharing,
Respect, Integrity, Solidarity and Progress.
Ensure the respect of labor laws, rules and cultural practices of the country,
Ensure that security employees treat our customers, employees, and visitors with good appearance, proper language and welcoming attitude.
Guarantee that the Human Resources correspond to qualitative and quantitative requirements.
Carry out performance evaluation once a year with the team members.
Provide training to your staff and ensure the quality and the results of the training.
Identify employees with high potential & growth in the department, and propose their evolution.
Guarantee and manage the application of security trainings.
Ensure synergy with other departments.
Communicate social information that can affect the activities and/or the image of the store.
Ensure the circulation of information within the hierarchy.
Merchandize
Strictly control the merchandise flow from deliveries to storage to sales area and check-out according to the security needs.
Strictly control the merchandise delivery, return, refund, repair exchange and waste procedure.
Prevent and control the merchandise damage or loss and take the proper action.
Comply with the theft handling procedure to enhance the theft-catching rate of employees and customers.
Propose and take necessary measures to decrease the shrinkage in the store.
Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the store.

Finance
Apply strictly the procedures and accounting rules.
Investigate and react to any loss.
Respect procedure regarding home delivery and control.
Control effectively all store procedures linked with security matters.
Identify risks of loss and propose action plans.
Keep labor costs and operating expenses within the forecasted budget.
Report any information that might affect the results the store.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Management
Nature and length of previous experience: Police, Military experience
Specialist knowledge: Microsoft skills, case analysis,
Soft Skills and Personality traits: strong personality, ability to analyse, safety and life training, leadership, on call
Age Range: 25-45
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: UAE
Language Fluency: Arabic and English
Current Location: UAE
