Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Security Officers will be expected to have developed superior field capability to the point where they cab be relied upon to operate independently and to provide direction to subordinate security personnel.
Supervision and development of a National Training Assistant and a Contracted Security Training Coordinator.
Planning, Update and coordination of the National Guards " Training and Development Programs".
Coordination of Security staff and guard forces mandatory training to 100% compliance, Tool Box Talks,etc.
Production and implementation of security awareness campaigns for Qatargas.
Coordination of the security training budget, training contracts and courses and training equipment procurement.
Presentation of the subject of security in the New Employees ad Tower Induction and other corporate sessions.
Response to daily security training issues.
Administration of Safety compliance for Security personnel.
Completion of mandatory and other training as required.

Requirements

Successfully completed 9 years of education.
Fulfilled all the requirements of the QG Security and Validation screening process.
English Level 6.
Security Training course Trade Qualification 5 or equivalent security officer course.
Must have required First air courses.
