Security/Command Control Center Coordinator

Job description / Role

Job Objective:

Ensure Lusail Development Project has an enhanced security capability and will be required to conduct security investigation, write reports, & identify security guards problems and correct them.

Key Accountabilities:

- Coordinate all emergency/crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
- Emergency procedures implementation / coordination.
- Manage and coordinate security operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the Country Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Daily operations reporting.
- Develop a working relationship with personnel and a comprehensive working knowledge of our clients security system.
- Assist in the design and implementation of project related security strategies, security policies/standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and review.
- Participate in all security/police training exercises.
- Filtering / Scrutinizing of all gates pass applications.
- Conduct security assessments and threat analysis as required and where necessary.
- Ability to identify contractors security guard problems and to correct them.

Requirements

- Secondary Education Degree (12 years) followed by formal training in security or military operations.
- Previous supervisory experience and proper Security, Military or Law Enforcement training.
- 5-6 years of Security or Police/Military experiences.
- Very good command of English and Arabic languages both written and spoken.
- Security Incident investigation / assessment reporting skills.
