The RoleThe Role Track competitor activities. Work with Head of Segment Management Function to identify target segments. Define features of value proposition for assigned segment. Map products (new and existing) to value propositions. Build value proposition business case. Define product requirements (segment needs, channel preferences, high-level product characteristics) to product development counterparts. Ensure that product development counterparts fully understand the product requirements. Participate in product development process as appropriate. Develop product launch plan for assigned segment. Develop campaign/ promotion requirements for assigned segment. Develop target segment strategy/ business plan for assigned segment. Analyze market feedback. Conduct periodic review/ revision of target segment strategy/ business plan. |
RequirementsRequirements Education: Minimum university graduate with banking related major Experience: Minimum 10 years of banking/ financial institute experience Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing, products, financial analysis, IT/ systems, project implementation, customer relations and banking procedure and process Skills: Presentation, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, marketing, planning and execution. Must be fluent in English, written and oral. Preferable, but not essential to have Arabic skills. 5+ years experience in managing external partnerships Broad financial services/product experience Ability to develop customer proposals and work cross functionally Tenacity to win new business and find opportunities Manage and grow existing relationships |
