Job description / Role
Our client is a leading multinational advertising agency currently seeking a Senior Account Director to join its growing team .
Based in Dubai, the incumbent must be a strategic thinker and have lots of initiative to lead the team as well as the agency assisting and reporting to the Regional Group Account Director. The successful candidate must have experience in a top agency as they will be recognized by senior management as the key point of contact to a key FMCG/Retail client within the agency portfolio where you will be responsible for securing and managing the client advertising budget . You will lead, inspire and manage an account team to deliver efficient, effective and profitable service to clients and develop relationships with other key clients, act professionally at all times, build trust, confidence and ensure that the agency is seen in a positive light as you will be the face of the agency. This position will eventually develop in to a more senior management role, thus you must be highly motivated and influential.
Requirements
As the successful candidate you will be degree educated and have a minimum of 6 years experience in with previous experience working on big FMCG/Retail. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with advanced presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills coupled with excellent team management experience are requisite. Due to the nature of this client only Arabic speakers would be preferred.
