The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal.
The Senior Account Manager is expected to retain existing business,while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for selling and supporting the firms complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large- customer relationship.
Requirements
We are looking for an upbeat and switched on Senior Account Director / New Business Director who can work confidently with senior clients and in managing teams. Youll need to have a strategic mind, have a way with words and be proactive. You will be reporting to the Client Services Director and working closely with the creative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the client is consistently delighted with agency's work. You will work to develop business potential with the agency's clients and actively seek new areas for growth. You will be leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service for the client accounts handled.
You will be responsible for deepening and growing your current client relationships as well as helping to convert potential prospective clients with great proposal writing and presenting skills. You will be required to plan campaigns with Client Service Director, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agencys new business program.
