The RoleThe RoleKEY RESPONSIBILITIES SALES Develop and implement the regional co brand sales strategy and business plan in conjunction with US co brand leadership and regional sales leadership. Develop, manage and communicate the regional co brand sales funnel to key constituents. Utilize a consultative sales approach to lead all Business Development activities: Prospecting, Lead development and Active Selling for profitable new co-brand opportunities. Lead and support multi country/ multi regional and global co brand sales opportunities. Initiate co brand contract renewal activity to secure current Visa co-brand volume at acceptable returns. Develop and manage all co-brand sales materials, contract templates and best practices documents. Manage co-brand financial reporting, budget/contractual commitment tracking report and performance metric reporting, utilizing the 'On demand' CRM tool where appropriate. Develop, maintain and distribute relevant reporting documentation to keep U.S. co brand leadership and regional sales leadership abreast of co brand performance. Expand existing partnerships through the cross selling of non co brand Visa products and services where appropriate. Collaborate with key internal Visa partners - including Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, Financial Institution Sales, and Merchant Sales. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Serve as the primary point of contact for co-brand partners and internal Visa stakeholders and be accountable for all co-brand related activities and contractual commitments. Develop and own the regional Co-brand CRM account plans based on the Co-brand Partnership priorities. |
RequirementsRequirementsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Relevant Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Extensive industry expertise, knowledge of financial controls and legal impacts of contract management and a extension business experience, particularly sales and management experience. Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management with proven ability to interact at the 'C' level within partner organizations Proven ability to manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships. Proven ability negotiating business agreements and ability to develop new business partnerships. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with high level of success/achievement. Proficiency in the following languages would be advantageous - Arabic, Russian, French Excellent written and oral communication skills. Consulting experience, CRM experience, loyalty management experience, Co brand Issuer experience managing a co brand portfolio P&L desirable. Ability to conduct extensive regional travel Proficient in Seibel On demand, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
