Senior Account Manager Leading Global Advertising Agency

One of the leading Global Advertising Agencies is looking for a Senior Account Manager with natural team leadership abilities to manage a team of executives while handling several accounts, to be based in their Dubai offices.
The candidate will ideally have 5 years experience in the advertising industry, they must have strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build solid relationships with clients. They will be in charge of a team of executives while also keeping control of all budgets and administration related to the team.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, for major high-profile clients and top business leaders.
Deal with all aspects of a campaign.
Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue.
Lead and train other members of the account team.
Manage the work of account executives.
Lead projects management activity.
Ensure necessary actions are taken by the account team.
Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives.
Attend client meetings.
Maintain and expend relationships with existing clients.
Continue annual planning and development for the clients Advertising & Marketing plans.
Create strategies and implement them to ensure the best possible service is given to the client.
Ensure brand management & development is in place in order to meet clients specific needs.
Control financial forecasting, advertising and budgeting for each brand.
Ensure brand expansion plans are in order to keep fresh approaches and continual service to the client.
Worked for an Advertising Agency for at least 4 years in a similar role.
Managed several accounts and proven delivery of successful results.
Ability to present and propose solutions to your team and client.
Solid planning and organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a good understanding of the advertising industry.
Excellent attention to detail and good initiative.
Must be a team player with ability to lead from the front.
