Senior Account Manager

Job description / Role

The senior account manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market sector(s) or account lists for existing clients or prospects in order to achieve the sales, qualitative and quantitative, objectives as well as also being responsible for customer satisfaction while working and protecting the interest of ITC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1-Exceed Revenue & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
2-Generate new business by phone, customer visits and events, Develop and manage a funnel of activities.
3-Prepare/Develop proposals and present to clients.
4-Understand customer requirements and align our clients product and/or service solutions provided.
5-Engage Presale team into the client account and requirements in order to get the specification that will result in sale.
6-Report accurately sales activities including but not limited to funnel, order, service, contact, promotion, and adhoc feeds for Sales Operations team.

Requirements

- B.S. or equivalent work Experience
- MS Excel, MS Word skills
- Presentation skills
- Customer service skills:
- Organizational skills, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Sales training (strategic or Conceptual levels)
- 4+ years related experience in the Direct Sales and in Telecom industry (manufacturer or service provider)
- Collocation + Data Center.
- Managed Services & Cloud Services.
