The RoleThe RoleSpanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment. To compliment the existing Finance Team, we are looking to identify a Senior Accountant with prime focus in recording and monitoring the sales revenue of Cairo Festival City. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include: • Preparation of monthly operational reports for the sales operation • Preparation of monthly P&L reports • Preparation of cash flow reports • Recording sales and leasing transactions and monitoring payment plans • Preparation of budgets and forecasts |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will have a post graduate Accounting qualification with minimum 5 years post graduate experience. Good knowledge of MIS and ERP applications is required. Experience working for a Property Developer is desired. |
