Senior Accountant (Manufacturing) – MNC

Job description / Role

You will be reporting to the Assistance Finance Manager and responsible for the following:

Assist the Chief Accountant to liaise in treasury matters to ensure the availability of funds for payment to trade creditors and other general expenses.
Maintain cost and inventory control, master update and maintenance.
Prepare and maintain cost control reports for distribution to department heads.
Prepare MIS reports for departments (SPR etc.)
Reconcile inter-company accounts on a periodical basis
Prepare and maintain fixed asset register.
Reconcile the Creditors statement of accounts to ensure all payables invoices taken into in our account accordingly.

Requirements

To be successful you must have/be:

Qualified or at least partly qualified with one of the following CIMA/ACCA/CPA
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a large manufacturing organisation
Able to effectively communicate at all levels
Commercial acumen
