Employment: Full Time

Job Description:

Senior Accountant-70%

Prepare monthly/annual budgets & plans, upload in SAP and provide expend. & forecast reports.
Process payments
Advice staff on entitlements & allowances
Prepare & acquit travel advances of staff
Manage Embassy's cash & bank balances
Invoice agencies/staff for Tele & vehi private use

System Administrator-30%

Administer & maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware,server,copiers, fax machines etc. Create user accounts & provide support to users. Purchase & install IT equipment and dispose off obsolete items.

Requirements

Starting salary offered: SAR 10,281 pm inclusive of transport & housing allowances. An extra basic salary is paid as bonus each year.

Current resume or curriculum Vitae, including 2 referee contact details.
Statement addressing the selection criteria (no more than 200 words per criteria)

Selection Criteria:
Minimum five years' professional experience as a certified accountant
Previous professional experience as a system administrator / in a technical IT role
Advanced computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Outlook & Lotus notes.
Ability to manage deadlines
Good Communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken & written English language skills essential; Arabic desirable
