We are seeking engineers, architects, inspectors, surveyors and construction management and administration personnel with community development construction supervision and management experience to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description: Senior Admin Officer
The admin officer provides recommendations to the Deputy Program Director regarding companywide administrative policies. He develops and maintains a positive working relationship with various leaders as required to work through project development and management problem-solving. He develops, implements and maintains all policies and procedures governing the administration. He manages all internal communication.
A successful Admin officer must possess excellent interpersonal and people-management skills. Though he does not need to be a specialist, he must understand the mission of the company, because he runs the support structures for it. He must have strong presentation and reporting skills, as he will be reporting to the Deputy Program Director.
Requirements
The successful candidate for an admin officer's job should possess a four-year degree in human resources, law, business administration or a related field.
Desirable previous 5 years of experience in administrative support function.
Degree from a accredited university.
Saudi Nationals preferred.
