By working closely with both public and private sectors, our client aims to develop sustainable projects that help to facilitate the economic diversification of the United Arab Emirates through tourism development. Located in Abu Dhabi, the company has already been behind some of the most prestigious projects in the Emirate.
Our client requires a Senior Administrator for their Food and Beverage Department. As the senior administrator, you would provide administrative assistance and be the first point of contact for the food and beverage department and team. The role will also involve;
• Arranging and attending daily meetings with the Director to prepare for the day
• Managing meeting rooms, diary management and minute taking throughout meetings
• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the department and directing them to the correct meeting rooms
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Providing assistance with travel bookings
• Implementing and maintaining central filing system
• Maintaining office stationary and keeping office stocked at all times
• Coordinating and maintaining staff records
Our client is seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years’ experience working with and assisting Executive managers/ Directors. Candidates must have a degree in secretarial / hospitality discipline and have exceptional knowledge in all MS Office applications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and demonstrate good initiative, especially when prioritizing work in order to provide support efficiently and effectively. Our client requires a candidate who is results orientated and adaptable to maintaining effectiveness throughout work tasks asked of them. Exceptional English skills are a must for this role.
