Employment: Full Time

Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources and functionally reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for providing first class internal recruitment consultancy services for various assignments across Qatar.

As the Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition you will consult to the business on market, hiring and sourcing trends in addition to salary market rates. You will be the lead on various bid proposals and live projects working with the business on establishing their requirements and making recommendations on the sourcing plan. You will be a solid advocate of Louis Berger and your candidate care will be impeccable. Process and systems driven with proven expertise in the full life cycle of talent acquisition including requisitions, approvals, scope, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, rejection, negotiations and mobilisation support.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant field and have at least 5 years talent acquisition experience within an engineering consultancy environment or similar. Middle East experience is essential. Technically savvy, you will have the rapid ability to screen and select top talent from around the globe. Proficiency in online job portals and other web based applications and being creative is essential when attracting international talent. Exceptional communicators, passionate, hard-working, diligent and flexible recruitment professionals will excel in this role. People who use initiative, who are methodical, who take pride in their work and can thrive under pressure will find great success in this role. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is advantageous.
