Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Senior Analyst- CVM & Pricing Support you will be providing in-depth analysis of Churn (including the establishment & follow up on the trends of the current & future expected churn, forecasting it ...etc.), MNP, follow-up customer life cycle management, evaluating the campaigns successfulness and profitability, Following-up and reporting market trends and dynamics related to this section. In additional, supporting pricing team in business cases development and follow-up, working on SAC and other related costs, plus the profitability of each segment and proposition, creating customer life cycle profitability and ensuring continuous reporting and enhancements, and support in creating/reporting behavioural segmentation, VBS ..etc, producing tactical pricing to support promotions and commercial activities and reporting to external entities yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly.

You will be responsible of developing & following-up KPIs for the current/future CVM portfolio & follow up on all activities, developing daily, weekly, monthly ExCo, and senior management reports explaining the CVM team performance, elaborating of efficiency measurements for all customer Life Cycle activities, providing external other institutions with their required reports, advising on corrective actions and follow up implementation, developing and implementing appropriate tracking models based on the activities, business cases & plans for all CVM activities, and customers, and reporting on them weekly, monthly and yearly basis, analysing and providing insights around activities, promotions, customer lifecycle, customer acquisition, and product penetration, following up on customer value management performance, device and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data, full responsibility to develop/enhance the commercial reporting/dashboards for CVM, providing on-going and ad hoc analytical support to members of the CVM and commercial teams, data mining & query information directly from systems and also from the provided data by IT teams using Excel, Access and Micro-strategy Systems, Aprimo, etc.. and communicating the monthly/weekly reports to the management, segments, product management, CVM team and all other concerned parties, sharing the info required for investor relations, finance reporting, network planning, and other internal and external entities.

Requirements

* You should have bachelor degree with 6 years of experience business & performance analysis, 1-2 years in customer value management and analysis preferably have worked in pricing, profitability evaluations.
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent communications skills
* Good project management skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable
